Today we’re gonna go over the best locations in Tampa and around it! If you’re anything like me, the thrill of discovering new spots to capture that perfect shot is unbeatable. I’ve spent countless hours with my camera in hand, exploring every nook and cranny of Tampa, Florida, and the surrounding areas. Today, I’m sharing some of my favorite photo locations that never fail to inspire and amaze me! Let’s dive into it!
Downtown Tampa
Downtown Tampa has this energy that just draws you in. When you walk through the streets, you feel a mix of old and new, with modern buildings sitting next to historic landmarks. The layout makes it easy to find something interesting around every corner, whether it’s a cozy café, an art gallery, or the perfect building steps for photos. This is easily one of my favorite go-to locations for couples, bridal photos and more!
Fort DeSoto Beach
Fort DeSoto Beach is my go-to spot for taking coastal photos. The place offers a mix of everything I love about coastal scenery. You’ve got the beach with its clean sand and waves, always something interesting happening. The side streets nearby also have their own charm, great for capturing unique angles and moments. It’s a space where you don’t have to work hard to find something worth photographing. Consistent, and visually engaging is what makes Fort DeSoto Beach a great choice for any photographer!
The Oxford Exchange
The Oxford Exchange is one of my TOP photo locations because it balances modern design with historic charm. The lighting inside is consistently good for capturing natural moments. Nearby side streets offer a quieter setting, ideal for more intimate shots away from busy areas! The Oxford Exchange offers unique opportunities for all different types of photography. This is the perfect location for urban, luxury-style photos.
Mindful Bloom Farms
Mindful Bloom Farms is where I find myself drawn time and again for photos. The farm offers a peaceful setting with open fields, winding paths, and so much more. The blend of nature and simplicity creates an authentic backdrop that makes each shot look natural. It’s easy to spend hours exploring different corners, each offering a new angle or view. What I really enjoy is the feeling of being away from the rush, which comes through in every photo!
Downtown St. Pete
Downtown St. Pete is a fantastic place for capturing photos! The area is filled with murals, local art, and diverse architecture that offer variety in every shot. My favorite is the waterfront parks with boats on the marina and the city Skyline view! You can catch the energy of the busy streets during the day or the softer, more relaxed vibe at night.
